In addition, the insurance rates are presented very early in the calendar year, a tremendous help when creating our budget. NCHIP has had a tremendous and immediate impact on the Town of Wake Forest for the following reasons: our budgeting process has become more efficient and effective — making it much easier with managed and controlled cost. They've also increased buying power with selected vendors, which has allowed the Town to have more input and impact on the overall cost of services.
